Our Invisalign System combines breakthrough multiple dimension computer graphics technology with 100-year-old science of orthodontics. Invisalign aligners are designed to move your teeth in small steps to the desired final position prescribed by your orthodontist. Each aligner is accurately calibrated and manufactured to fit your mouth at each stage of the treatment plan. Your first step is to visit our office to determine if Invisalign is right for you. After sending precise instructions for treatment, Invisalign uses advanced computer technology to translate these instructions in a sequence of finely calibrated aligners — as few as 12 or as many as 48. Each aligner is worn for approximately two to three weeks and only taken out to eat, brush and floss. As you replace each aligner with the next, your teeth will begin to move gradually over time — week-by-week until the final alignment goal prescribed is accomplished. Before you know it you'll be smiling like you never have before! If you want to learn more about Invisalign and how it works, please visit the Invisalign Orlando page. To ensure the best possible results, only an orthodontist who has been trained and certified by Align Technology can diagnose and treat using Invisalign. Invisalign is not intended for children and is not appropriate for every adult. Only an orthodontist can determine if this treatment is an effective option for you. The type of braces for teeth can depend on the extent of the treatment, particularly given the fact that all sorts of elements could influence its complexity. According to this factor, you will have to wear the braces for a longer or shorter period of time; the doctor may even have to extract some of the teeth in order to make all the applications possible. The price could also be an important factor when it comes to straightening crooked teeth: how much can you afford to pay for the braces? ...read more Dental Plan Coupons

What is an Orthodontist & Where is the best Place to go for an Orthodontist in Central Florida?
Orthodontics is the study of dentistry that is concerned with the treatment of improper bites, and crooked teeth. Orthodontic treatment can help correct your teeth and set them in the right place. Orthodontists usually use braces and retainers to set your teeth. There are, however, orthodontists who work on reconstructing the entire face rather than focusing exclusively on teeth. After a course of active orthodontic treatment, patients will typically wear retainers, which maintain the teeth in their improved positions while surrounding bone reforms around them. The retainers are generally worn all the time for a short period, usually six months to a year, then part-time (typically, nightly during sleep) for as long as the orthodontist recommends. It is possible for the teeth to stay aligned without regular retainer wear. However, there are many reasons teeth will crowd as a person ages, whether or not the individual ever experienced orthodontic treatment; thus there is no guarantee that teeth will stay aligned without retention. For this reason, many orthodontists prescribe part-time retainer wear for many years after orthodontic treatment to maintain the best results over time. We hope the you will choose Orlando Orthodontics as your Orlando Orthodontist. We believe that we are the best choice for Central Florida Orthodontics. |
